- Network configuration equipment and firewalls, setting up VPN, WiFi;
- Active Directory infrastructure administration
- Maintain computer , printer, scanner, uninterruptible power supply
- Installation , configuration of windows Server 2012 / 2016.
- Installation and configuration of Hyper-V and VMware
- diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer and server support issues.
- Create an IT equipment maintenance schedule.
- Monitor problems that are requested by the user.
- Install and configure Microsoft ( Windows 10 / Office 2016 )
- Setting up and configure MikroTik.
- Configuration of operating systems, network and associated software such ( Point Of Sale ).
- Setup of new hardware for users including computers, laptops.
- Setting up network file sharing / User permissions.
- Setting up, administrate Active Directory/domain management and. (2012 Server) .
- Network support and maintenance including DHCP and DNS.
- Create backup server and scheduling backup and data security.
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 year of relevant working experience is a must.
- Good knowledge on technology MikroTik any TpLink Router , UniFi WiFi , ,Firewall etc.
- Experience in active directory, user permission , DNS/DHCP
- Manage and recreate new policy support company requirement.
- Experience in (domain controller , security , networks, technical support)
- Experience in installing and troubleshooting Server and Windows server 2012 / 2016
- Experience in hardware maintenance and installation.
- Experience in installing and configuration of Hyper-V and VMware.
- honest , flexible, Hardworking and good in communication.
- Willing to work ALONE or as a team and be able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel to site of the company.
- Good communicate in English.
- Good knowledge of Point of sale / Retail software.
- Able to research and learn new technologies.
